As Sbcachefonline operates on a subscription-based digital learning model and also offers limited-seat live batches and customized courses, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.
For subscription plans, once a payment is successfully processed and access to the platform has been granted, the subscription fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will only stop future auto-renewals. You will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing cycle, and no prorated or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
For live online batches or workshops conducted under the subscription or separately, seats are limited and scheduled in advance. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a scheduled batch, the cancellation request must be made at least 10 days prior to the batch start date. Requests made within 10 days of the commencement date may not be eligible for refund due to seat reservation and operational planning.
In the case of customized courses or specially scheduled training programs designed for an individual or specific group, once the schedule has been finalized and confirmed, the enrollment cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For individual online course purchases (outside the subscription model), refunds will only be considered if access to the course content, login credentials, or viewing link has not yet been provided. Once digital access has been granted, the course will be deemed delivered and no refund request will be entertained.
Where a refund is approved under the above conditions, the eligible amount will be processed and credited within 7 working days from confirmation of the refund request.
